Arts Or Storage is back!

In the latest instalment of Arts or Storage, Neal Campbell and Jane Morrow turn their attention to PS²'s ongoing move from Rosemary Street to High Street, and to the recent demolition of the former Vault Artist Studios building on Tower Street.

 Arts or Storage is an ongoing collaborative study of artists' working conditions and workspaces in Belfast 🏚️
